January 1, 2027, brings significant changes to Wisconsin real estate practice. Join WRA attorneys Cori Lamont and Jennifer Lindsley for an overview of the new statutory requirements created by 2025 Wisconsin Act 69 and the final REEB-approved WB forms implementing those changes. The program will review the new public marketing requirements, changes to seller-paid compensation, and technology-enhanced advertising rules, while highlighting the revisions to the listing contracts, buyer agency agreement, offers to purchase, and public marketing opt-out agreement.
