The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation is for real estate buyer's agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. With this designation you will receive specialized training, prove your experience, learn advanced strategies to identify buyer needs and preferences, clearly communicate your value, and gain a competitive edge. Complete the course and within 3 years fullfill additional requirements: 1) Complete one (1) qualifying elective course online or in-person and 2) Confirm that you have completed five (5) transactions solely as a buyer's representative (no dual agency).
