Are you knowledgeable about the various Down Payment Assistance programs (DPA) available for your home buyers? Do you know how and when to use it? Home Inspection vs. Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspection DPA programs: Down Payment Plus, Home Start, Movin’ Out, WHEDA, & Buy the American Dream Each session will have their own focus, lending focusing on the DPA programs themselves and real estate focusing more on the DPA Addendum and HQS inspection, all are welcome for the full day. Lunch will be provided.
