This 10:30AM session is the second of three available on May 28, 2026. "Life By Design" is an organizational and time-management workshop that treats your personal life as your most important business project. Participants learn to stop "letting life happen" and start building a framework for sustainable success.

Key areas of focus include:

• The "Big Rocks" Philosophy: Learning how to identify and prioritize the non-negotiables—those high-impact activities that drive long-term growth—before the "sand" of daily emails and minor tasks fills up your calendar.
• Engineering the "Ideal Week": A tactical look at time-blocking and routine-building to ensure that professional production and personal fulfillment coexist without burnout.
• Strategic Planning: Moving beyond simple to-do lists to create a 3-year "life horizon," aligning your daily activities with your long-term vision and core values.
• Accountability & Discipline: Developing the mindset required to stay committed to your plan when the "whirlwind" of a shifting market tries to pull you off course.

About the Instructor:

Tamara Suminski serves as the 2026 President of the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.), one of the largest and most influential trade organizations in the United States, representing nearly 200,000 real estate professionals. She is the Broker and Co-Owner of BEACH Real Estate Group in Manhattan Beach, serving the Greater Los Angeles area. A third-generation real estate practitioner, Suminski has been a REALTOR® for more than two decades and is widely respected for her commitment to innovation, professionalism, and elevating the real estate experience for both consumers and agents.
