Bill Mergen started his career with Farm Credit in 1980 with the Federal Land Bank Associations. Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in Agbusiness from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Bill also worked as a credit and appraisal reviewer for Farm Credit’s 7th district in St Paul. Since 1988, Bill has been a real estate appraiser being a Certified General Appraiser since December 1991. Bill has worked mostly in SW WI but has helped in other parts of the Compeer District when called upon. Bill enjoys meeting with and helping anyone to achieve their goals. Bill lives in a rural area of northern Grant County with his wife and has a daughter Grace.
