Join the Southwest Chapter for a self-defense class hosted by Fire Fitness Camp! Registration is free and generously sponsored by Community First Bank.

This class will be led by Justin McLimans, a Sergeant with the Lancaster Police Department, bringing over 20 years of law enforcement experience and 5 years in corrections. Justin is the Lead Defensive Tactics Instructor for Police and Jail Academies at SWTC and has provided self-defense training for women, businesses, healthcare staff, and more.

Participants will be asked to sign a waiver prior to the class. Please plan to wear comfortable, workout-style clothing so you can fully participate.
